Mark Boutros is the owner and president of Boutros Construction, Inc. He has lived in Houston all his life, graduating from St. Thomas High School. He graduated from college with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has 11 years in the construction business. He is a licensed and insured builder of Texas.
